Utilizing state-of-the-art test equipment and magnetic design software, Coil Specialty's
engineering department offers design, development, reverse engineering, and prototyping services. Calibration of test equipment is maintained in full accordance with MIL-C-45662. All other gauges, measuring, and testing devices are calibrated to NIST standards. Our engineering department demonstrates its commitment to customer service by making value-added recommendations and offering cost effective solutions.
Quality Assurance
Manufacturing at Coil Specialty Company complies with the current MIL-I-45208 program, as well as, IPC-A-610 and IPC/EIA J-STD-001C Class 1, 2,and 3 standards. These quality programs provide excellent accountability; enabling CSC to relentlessly pursue its goal of total quality. Inspection criteria for products and materials can be tailored to fit each customer's specifications. Our trained quality assurance personnel and engineers work closely to ensure that the final product reflects Coil Specialty Company's reputation for both quality and performance.
Customer Service
Coil Specialty Company's customer service department focuses first and foremost on totalcustomer satisfaction. Each customer is guided from initial contact through delivery of their finished product. Our company's knowledgeable, experienced service representatives will provide prompt quotations and answers to questions about Coil Specialty's many products and
capabilities. A computerized order tracking and plant loading system is used to ensure internal efficiency. This system provides the customer service department with an up-to-the-minute status report on all open orders.
